Managing Stress in Times of Transition

For many of us, September is a time of change. The kids heading back to school often coincides with a pick-up in work duties as we leave summer behind. We become acutely aware that a long winter looms before us. I had a conversation with a colleague recently about how this time of year can be mentally taxing for these reasons and more. With that in mind, I urge you to be proactive and check out these five blog posts that will help you better understand stress and anxiety, the importance of taking time out for self care and practical stress management tips.

Have a great week, my friends! See you next time.
